摘要:食品饮料产业绿色低碳、数字化转型的发展趋势对高职食品专业的人才培养提出了新要求。四川工商职业技术学院食品生物技术专业于2018年开始创新人才培养模式以适应绿色数字化特色人才的培养,构建“培养学生熟悉掌握智能食品加工制造工艺技术和食品相关标准,具有良好的职业素养”为培养目标的课程体系,融入绿色生产、数字化制造等内容。经过四年多的实践,成效良好。

The Construction and Practice of the Green and Digital Curriculum System of Food Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges
——Take the Food Biotechnology Major of Sichuan Technology and Business College as an Example

Abstract:The development trend of green low carbon, digital transformation in food and beverage industry puts forward new requirements for talent cultivation in higher vocational food majors. The food biotechnology major of Sichuan Technology and Business College began to innovate the training mode in 2018 to adapt to the cultivation of green digital talents. The curriculum system of “cultivating students to be familiar with the technology of food intelligent processing and manufacturing, familiar with food related standards and good professional accomplishment” is constructed to integrate green production, digital manufacturing and other
contents. After more than four years of practice, the results are good.
